The Brigadier Professionals Committee voted to release Assembly Bill 1929, which would make provisions of current law governing the closure of private career schools apply to certain schools licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling, and would require the board to develop a model teach‑out plan to be used in submissions to the commissioner of labor and workforce development.
