Commission approves replat at 1012 Veil Leon to allow accessory structure
Planning staff recommended and the commission approved a replat combining two lots at 1012 Veil Leon (Western Hills) into one lot so the property owner can build an accessory structure; staff said the resulting lot meets SF-7.5 standards.

The Denison Planning Commission approved a replat of Lot 9R, Block 2 of The Fennel Addition (formerly Lots 9 and 10, Block 2 of the Western Hills Subdivision), commonly known as 1012 Veil Leon, to combine the two parcels into a single lot to permit construction of an accessory structure.
