Patchogue panel clears multiple signage, lighting and painting applications
The Patchogue Planning Board and Architectural Advisory Committee approved signage, exterior lighting and painting applications for several downtown properties, including 17 West Main, 20 East Main, South Ocean properties, 331 South Ocean Avenue and 7 Village Green; one sign was to have a slightly larger font per the committee’s suggestion.

The Patchogue Planning Board and Architectural Advisory Committee on May 13 approved a series of small-scale exterior work applications for downtown businesses and residential properties, including new signs, lighting upgrades and exterior painting.
