County approves reconciliation for Coe-Robinson parcel; adds option for accessory dwelling

The Chaffee County Board of County Commissioners voted June 13 to approve a reconciliation final plat for the Coe-Robinson subdivision to resolve an improperly created parcel division and to add a condition addressing accessory dwelling units.
