The Board of Aldermen placed on first reading an ordinance (bill 3655) amending Chapter 120 to regulate non-pedestrian traffic on Ozark’s multiuse trails. The proposal would explicitly allow electric bicycles, mobility scooters and electric scooters while prohibiting golf carts, motorized play vehicles, ATVs and other motor vehicles on the trail network.
