City staff told the Beacon City Council they plan to bring three personnel items forward for approval: the temporary appointment of Dhar Sims as fire lieutenant to fill an injured lieutenant’s shifts, a permanent appointment for Nick Krogowski as a full‑time municipal program assistant supporting HR and finance, and a planning-board lay appointment for James (Jim) Ueland.
