Board convenes closed session under Minnesota statute to discuss threatened litigation

The Hubbard County Board voted to close the public meeting and convene a closed session under Minnesota Statute 13D.05, subdivision 3, to discuss attorney–client privileged matters concerning threatened litigation. The motion to close the meeting was made and seconded; the board returned to open session later in the agenda with no public action reported from the closed session.
