Parks staff to complete master plan in‑house; pool bids, trail solar lights and recent tree work reported

Parks foreman reported removal of a dying pecan at the Schumann house, ordering solar lights for North Park trail, and plans to open the city pool in May after issuing invitations for contractor bids; the council declined outside professional services for the parks master plan, so staff will prepare it internally.
