Hudson HA says Brownfields application filed; developers refining unit sizes to create more apartments
The housing authority told commissioners it has submitted a Brownfields access agreement to NYSDEC, is reducing unit square footage to create additional apartments inside the existing footprint, and will present unit counts for board sign-off soon.

The City of Hudson Housing Authority told its board April 21 that it has submitted an access agreement and Brownfields application to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and that developers are finalizing plans to reconfigure existing building square footage to create additional apartments.
