TRC approves several plats and minor developments, continues a handful of items

Key actions taken: - Hawks Landing Phase 2 replat (POA‑25‑000058): TRC recommended approval to move the item to the Board of County Commissioners, subject to satisfaction of staff comments and production of the signed Mylar. Planner Bob Marante said “all outstanding comments have been addressed” and the committee voted to forward the plat.
- Alice Beach Block RR (minor development order): Planner Tim Brown presented a request to develop 16 single‑family lots on 2.99 acres within the Alice Beach PUD. The committee approved the application to move forward to the Director for final decision.
- Thompson Woods Phase 2 final plat (POA‑25‑000057): The applicant asked for time to resubmit engineer certifications; staff recommended a two‑week continuance to allow resubmittal and review. TRC continued the item to May 21.
- Twin Valley Subdivision (MIN25‑0087): After a resubmittal the applicant reduced density and addressed environmental and public‑works comments; TRC conditionally approved the minor development order to move forward to the Director, subject to final staff signoffs and satisfaction of outstanding survey/title items.
- Watersound Beach Club North parking addition: Applicant requested a continuance; TRC continued the item to May 21.
- Jarvis Cove final plat (POA24‑000052): The plat application was certified and the Mylar was moved forward to the Board of County Commissioners for consideration on May 22.
- Lumen Storage Facility (MIN application): No resubmittal and no sign posting were on file; TRC continued the item to June 18 to allow the applicant to post notice and resubmit.
Most of these items were routine reviews of engineering and labeling comments; staff noted where environmental or fire reviews remained outstanding and conditioned approvals on addressing those comments.
