Stark County staff reported on testing of metal well pipe and fabrication panels after concerns that some materials carried elevated radiation readings. The county engaged Barranca Environmental for initial testing; follow‑up sampling by Elite Clean and a vendor review identified several cut‑off pieces and panels with readings above local background levels.
