Commissioners approve design amendment for North Star water-reclamation upgrade; developer to fund majority
The Delaware County Board of Commissioners approved an amendment to Hazen and Sawyer's design contract and a contribution agreement with Northstar Residential Development LLC to cover a $130,000 design-cost increase for the North Star Water Reclamation Facility upgrade. The developer will cover 74% of the increase; the county's share is 26%.
