At its March 3 meeting the Delaware County Board of Commissioners voted on the following resolutions. All motions recorded below were approved at the meeting unless noted.
25-149 — Approve electronic record of proceedings from the regular meeting held Feb. 27, 2025. Vote: Barb Lewis, aye; Gary Merrill, aye. (Mister Benton absent.)
25-150 — Approve purchase orders and certificates and payments of warrants (batch CMAPR0228) and memo transfers (batch MTAPR0228). Vote: Lewis, aye; Merrill, aye.
25-151 — Approve permit for use of Delaware County facilities: Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 10905 to use Memorial Plaza on March 29 for an annual event. Vote: Merrill, aye; Lewis, aye.
25-152 — Approve sanitary sewer subdivider agreement for Clarksville Crossing sections 2A and 2B (tap-credit oversizing). Vote: Lewis, aye; Merrill, aye.

25-157 — Approve professional services agreement with Management Advisory Group LLC for interim economic development and consulting services. Vote: Merrill, aye; Lewis, aye.
25-158 — Enter executive session for consideration of pending or imminent litigation and collective bargaining. Vote: Lewis, aye; Merrill, aye. The board recessed into executive session following the vote.
