Lead council adopts 20-year comprehensive plan; several routine resolutions also approved
The City of Lead council voted to adopt the City of Lead Comprehensive Plan (Resolution 2025-05) after a public hearing. Council members also approved a tax abatement for the Homestead Opera House, a resolution supporting House Bill 10-81, payment of bills, an added bank signature and January financials.
