The board accepted two right-of-way quick-claim deeds for the Peckham interchange on County Road 44 and U.S. Highway 85: about 4.58 acres on the east tie-in and about 1.57 acres on the west tie-in; CDOT paid for the right-of-way costs.

Weld County commissioners on May 5 accepted two quick-claim deeds conveying right-of-way for the County Road 44 and U.S. Highway 85 (Peckham) interchange project and authorized the chair to sign the documents.
