Pueblo County commissioners on May 13 approved a grant agreement amendment with the Colorado Energy Office that reduces the county’s weatherization award for state fiscal year 2025 by $134,304 while adding $236,880 in LEAP funds to be used between 07/01/2025 and 09/30/2025, the first quarter of state fiscal year 2026.
