Board reports closed‑session settlements: workers' comp and litigation approvals disclosed
After a closed session, counsel reported the board approved a workers' compensation settlement of $158,303 (less permanent disability advances) and a $750,000 settlement (inclusive of fees and costs) resolving litigation against consultants Ralph Anderson & Associates and Doug Johnson.
