Fair book draft, sponsors and $4,700 in commitments discussed

Board members also noted that one sponsor, the Fishtail Tavern, purchased three sponsorships and confirmed that sponsorship listings will be updated on subsequent print runs of the fair book.
No formal motions or votes were recorded on printing or sponsor expenditures at the meeting; staff will continue to prepare the fair book and manage sponsor signage.
