The Villa Rica City Council on May 13 approved two separate alcoholic-beverage licenses: one for San Andres Villa Rica LLC at 103 Villa Rica Parkway (a restaurant intending to serve malt beverages, wine and distilled spirits) and one for Kwik Trip Corporation at 650 Highway 61 (convenience store package sales of malt beverages and wine). Both approvals followed public hearings and background checks by the Villa Rica Police Department.
