Board directs design team on Iturbide/Cumbida improvements: tree wells, pole color, electrical rough-in and intersection sequencing
The TIRZ board directed staff to adopt a 6-by-6 tree-well standard where feasible, match existing green pole color, rough in conduit for selected poles and to define termination points so Iturbide work does not conflict with planned San Agustin drainage improvements.

The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 1 board on May 13 provided formal direction to the project management and design team for the Iturbide (Iturbide) and Cumbida Street improvement segments after discussing materials and a recent landscape architect report.
