The council approved a package of consent items including a development agreement and purchase agreement with MegaChef Equipment Inc., the acquisition of a 2.8-acre industrial parcel, and contracts for stormwater modeling and a Saint Croix Gas easement; council member Carroll pulled the TD&I directional-boring item due to a conflict.

At its May 13 meeting the River Falls City Council approved multiple consent-agenda items related to economic development and infrastructure. The packet included a development agreement and purchase agreement with MegaChef Equipment Inc., and a resolution authorizing purchase of approximately a 2.8-acre parcel in the River Falls Industrial Park for $196,000 to support construction of a minimum 10,000-square-foot industrial building valued at no less than $750,000.
