Council extends MP Systems laydown yard lease through February 2026 at $3,250 per month
The council approved an addendum extending MP Systems Inc.'s lease of approximately five acres in a city-owned pit near County Highway PD and Northern Lights Road from Dec. 31, 2025 to Feb. 28, 2026, at $3,250 per month. Attorney briefing said additional extensions are possible depending on the contractor's schedule.
