Measure EE update: Holly Glen TK conversion near completion; SLC relocation delayed by DSA back‑check

Wiseburn Unified staff and NAZ program representatives updated trustees on Measure EE bond projects on May 8, reporting progress on multiple construction projects, contracts and approvals while flagging one permit delay and the complexity of pursuing federal IRA funding for energy projects.

Noemi of NAZ (Measure EE program representative) told the board that the Holly Glen Elementary TK conversion is roughly 75% complete and targeted for substantial completion on July 9 so rooms can be furnished over the summer. She said the project has required two change orders to date and that one recent change order adds classroom audio‑visual components and data drops that were omitted during the architect’s addendum process.
