The Laramie County Board of County Commissioners approved a revision to a prior subdivision permit and plat to update the recorded name from Waco Ranch to Verdig Ranch (reference item 250204-19). The item concerns property described in the northwest quarter of Section 11, Township 14 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M.; the original action was approved by the board on Feb. 4, 2025.
