Commission approves Pee Wee Ponderosa subdivision with engineered culvert condition
The board approved a subdivision to split 40 acres into four residential lots (40-acre remainder), adding a condition that an engineered culvert be placed at a low spot on an existing private access; neighbors had raised drainage concerns.

The Board of County Commissioners approved Feb. 18 a subdivision permit and plat to create four residential lots from a 40-acre portion of an 80-acre parcel at 1679 County Road 143 (Pee Wee Ponderosa). The application proposes 10-acre tracts for Tracts 1'4 and leaves a 40-acre remainder to the east.
