Commission corrects record, attaches PUD rules to Terry Ranch Business Park zone change
The commission approved a corrected motion to attach Planned Unit Development (PUD) documents as Exhibit B to a 2024 zone-change resolution for Terry Ranch Business Park (Tracks 1-4 and Lot 1 Block 1). The Board of County Commissioners on Feb. 18 approved a corrective motion to attach Planned Unit Development (PUD) rules as Exhibit B to a previously adopted resolution (March 19, 2024) that approved a zone change to PUD for Tracks 1'4 Terry Ranch Business Park and Lot 1, Block 1 Terry Park.
