IT update: Granicus/MinuteTrack transition set for July; payroll system still pending

Chuckie, who is working on implementation, told the committee that the county is moving to one meeting workflow through Granicus and that the team expects the system to be fully operational by July. “We should be up and running, with the entire system by July,” Chuckie said; Jackie Rogers, the county’s new operations manager, is coordinating staff training and simultaneous agenda preparation to smooth the transition.
Committee members also asked about the payroll software project (referred to in the meeting as the D365/payroll implementation). Several members said the payroll system remains unfinished and that staff reported it is still “in the process.” Committee members urged staff to compile outstanding IT questions and to route them to Chuckie and Jackie by email so the items can be scheduled for fuller discussion and resolution.
No formal action was taken; the committee directed staff to collect outstanding items by email and bring specific issues back for follow‑up.
