Elko County dispatch staff reported a major Motorola CAD update about four weeks prior is causing unit-display and addressing quirks; the county is testing rapid-notification and tablet-command integrations. Elko dispatch said staffing is back to full strength and reported January call volumes.

Kerri Hunter of OCO dispatch told the Elko County Enhanced 9-1-1 Board that a significant Motorola Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) software update completed about four weeks ago has produced several addressing and display issues in the field.
