Inyo County administrative staff presented an update on the county’s newly created project management office (PMO), reviewed a live project portfolio and asked supervisors for feedback on a reorganized 2025 legislative platform ahead of the National Association of Counties (NACo) conference.
County Administrative Officer Nate Greenberg and the PMO team — Deputy CAO Megan McCammon and Operations Analyst Rebecca Graves — told the Board of Supervisors the office was created after the board approved it about a year earlier to help the county coordinate multi‑department and countywide projects and pursue grant funding. Greenberg said the PMO’s role is to connect projects with the strategic plan, improve governance and track progress so the county budgets to a plan rather than reacting to uncoordinated requests.
