He said the district's attorney has reviewed articles and bylaws and that the board will be asked at a future meeting to approve establishing the foundation.
Board members asked about selection of the foundation's governing board and representation; Dr. Perry said those details would be determined during the establishment process and that additional information would be provided to board members before action is requested.
