ACHD says construction on Eagle and Plaza will continue through 2025; arch return delayed
Ada County Highway District project managers told a City of Eagle town-hall audience that Phase 1 of the Eagle & Plaza downtown mobility project is finished and Phase 2 work will continue through the rest of 2025; the decorative ‘Eagle’ arch will be preserved and reinstalled at the end of the project.

Ada County Highway District project staff updated residents at the City of Eagle’s March 31 town hall on the downtown mobility project at Eagle Road and Plaza Drive. ACHD project manager Cody Homan said crews completed phase 1 and work on phase 2 will continue through the rest of 2025, which prevents use of a new right-turn lane on the south leg until the second phase is finished.
