The most immediate action was Resolution 60, which accepted and awarded the bid for Project 1-4025 (an asphalt emulsion project) to KTech Specialty Coatings. The clerk introduced the resolution and commissioners moved, seconded and approved the motion by voice vote.
The board also approved Resolution 61, a programmatic agreement that covers Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and other state-awarded funds to Williams County; the clerk said the agreement runs through Dec. 31, 2029. Commissioners moved, seconded and approved the resolution by voice vote.
