Committee told DEW rule changes will be rated on September report card; data collected for two years

A senator asked whether Department of Education and Workforce rule language meant districts would be rated on requirements that had not yet taken effect. A DEW representative told the committee the measures have been collected for two years and will first be rated on the report card issued in September.
