Key provisions allow associations to pause or reduce reserve funding for up to two years following a milestone inspection, require reserve funding schedules tied to baseline funding plans, and enable associations to obtain a line of credit for required reserves upon owner approval.

Bradley said the bill "provides condo owners a smoother, more flexible financial path forward while not compromising safety."
