The Board of Commissioners approved a property-use license allowing Oregon State University to host youth all-terrain-vehicle safety classes at county training sites. County staff said the program is an annual renewal and supplies hands-on training for youths under age 16 to meet Oregon requirements for operating ATVs on public lands.
