Belgrade council grants final plat approval for Jackrabbit Crossing Phase 1B

The Belgrade City Council unanimously approved final plat approval for Jackrabbit Crossing subdivision Phase 1B, subject to the submittal of required agreements, payments and original letters of credit to the city.

City planning staff presented the item, saying the applicant had met conditions for final plat approval after related items on the consent agenda were approved. “Upon approval of those items, the applicant has met the requirements for final plat approval, and the staff recommendation is that phase 1 B of Jack Rabbit Crossing be granted final plat approval,” Mister Carson, city staff, told the council.
