County planning staff presented a sketch plan called the Collection at Winter Park Ranch: a proposed two fourplex townhome project off County Road 8 near Iron Pony. The plan shows central water and sanitation, required parking for two-bedroom units (one indoor garage stall and one exterior space), and a detention pond for drainage.
