Rusk County’s Local Emergency Planning Committee reviewed several emergency-planning items, including a state hazmat computer grant, the county’s Integrated Preparedness Plan (IPP) and a multi-county hazard mitigation plan update. The committee also reviewed a recent list of spills that were investigated primarily by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and confirmed the county’s annual Community Right-to-Know (EPCRA) publication schedule.
