At the start of the March 4 meeting, Ryan Tiefertuller, Urban Planning Manager, announced Sheila Booth has started as the new manager for the long‑range planning division; he said Booth may appear at future downtown master planning discussions. Tiefertuller also reminded the board of outreach associated with the downtown master plan update and that consultants will present an update to City Council on March 10.
