Lennar Homes representatives told the Village of Sugar Grove Board of Trustees on March 18 that they plan a residential development at the northwest corner of Galena Boulevard and Route 56 that would include single‑family homes, townhomes, two park sites and a donated woodland parcel to the Kane County Forest Preserve.
