Michael Richter of Lockport Township told the committee he and neighbors are seeking clarification of county rules after owners of adjacent properties built a motocross track spanning four lots in a residential subdivision. Richter said he can hear motorcycle noise from inside his home three acres away and that repeated calls to the sheriffand to land-use staff resulted in conflicting enforcement responses.
