The Fuquay Varina Board of Commissioners approved multiple land‑use and administrative actions at its regular meeting, including voluntary annexations, zoning map amendments, a land‑development ordinance amendment, a preliminary subdivision plat and capacity and consultant authorizations. The board moved each item by voice vote and recorded the motions as carried.
