Committee backs sidewalk replacement program contract, cites long-term assessment

The Committee of the Whole recommended the village board approve a contractor agreement with Dale Incorporated of New Lenox, Illinois, for the 2025 concrete flatwork, asphalt and sidewalk replacement program (RFP 25-022) for a base cost of $262,970 plus contingency of $52,594, totaling $315,564.
