Senior services outlines Medina Center restroom renovation, elevator replacement and transit policy changes
The county's Senior and Adult Services director described upcoming lower-level restroom renovations at the Medina Center, a planned elevator replacement, proposed adjustments to transportation frequency for approved riders and the rollout schedule for the senior farmers market nutrition program.

Laura Toth, Medina County Senior and Adult Services director, told commissioners Envelope Consulting has presented two design options for restroom renovation at the Medina Center (lower level) and that the renovation is scheduled to begin in August 2025 with a goal to complete the two restrooms before the holidays. She said the building's elevator replacement is also scheduled for 2025 and staff will schedule it around the restroom work so both projects do not occur simultaneously.
