Commissioners approve multiple county resolutions, including annexation and transit contract extension

The Medina County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to approve a series of resolutions on routine personnel and finance matters, agreements for water and wastewater projects, a license for a communications tower and other county business.

The actions approved included minutes from the March 25 meeting; three engineering resolutions including an assessment for Sharon Falls Subdivision Phase 3; two sanitary-engineer resolutions authorizing a cooperative agreement with the Ohio Water Development Authority for the Marks Road Water Main Replacement Project and authorizing professional design services with Hazen and Sawyer to model aeration tanks at the Hinkley Wastewater Treatment Plant; human resources personnel changes and an amendment to the Building Inspection Department table of organization; a license agreement with the Medina County Park District to install and maintain a communications tower for the sheriff's office and other safety forces; change orders 16–34 for the courthouse restroom renovation project; seven finance-related resolutions including creation of a Board of Elections primary 2025 fund with $234,491 in appropriations and…
