Commission presses dispatch to fix REMS reporting errors; supervisor to check reports daily
County leaders were told that training on the REMS records system has started but that dispatch PRs continue to contain errors. The commission directed dispatch leadership to put a daily check process in place and scheduled a follow-up two-week review.
