Undersheriff Kevin Ritchie told the Board of County Commissioners on April 1 that the Sheriff’s Office will execute a retroactive medical aid SRE contract for the 2024–25 term after the contract was inadvertently not executed last summer; he said bills had been paid but no contract was in place.
