David, a Clark County parks staff member, said Cooper Creek Woods is roughly a 10-acre parcel south of 119th Street on Northwest Sixteenth Avenue. “We will be doing the curb gutter and sidewalk out on Northwest Sixteenth Avenue next spring,” David said, describing a frontage improvement intended to close an existing sidewalk gap and improve pedestrian access to the site.
