Butler County commissioners approve multiple routine resolutions; property purchase steps approved, sidewalk bond cancelled

The Butler County Board of Commissioners voted on a slate of routine and substantive items during the meeting, approving budget transfers, purchase orders and requisitions, a plat dedication, several engineering contracts and awards, and authorizing outside counsel and steps toward acquiring property adjacent to the county jail. The board also voted to cancel a sidewalk performance bond for a Fairfield Township subdivision; one commissioner abstained.
