House Bill 13 44 passed the joint committee to update statutory wording referencing the Arkansas School for the Blind and Arkansas School for the Deaf. The bill amends the definitions in both the Arkansas Public Employee Retirement System and the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System so the schools are referenced as the Arkansas School for the Deaf and Blind.
